Aika Store Refund Policy

Welcome to Aika Store. We are committed to offering the highest quality products and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the terms and conditions of our refund policy.

1. Refund Conditions

1.1. Deadline to Request a Refund: Customers have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request a refund.

1.2. Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Products showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

1.3. Non-Refundable Products: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for refund.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1. Request: To initiate the refund process, the customer must send an email to our customer service team at aika.aesthetics@hotmail.com with the order number, a description of the problem and photos of the product if necessary.

2.2. Approval: Once the request is received, our team will review the case and contact the customer within 5 business days to approve or reject the refund request. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

2.3. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during the return process.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. Receiving and Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify the customer about the status of their refund.

3.2. Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refund may take between 5 and 10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the bank.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

4.1. If the customer has not received the refund after 10 business days, they must first check their bank account again.

4.2. The customer must then contact their credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially reflected.

4.3. If after following these steps the customer still has not received their refund, they must contact us at aika.aesthetics@hotmail.com .

5. Product Change

5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at aika.aesthetics@hotmail.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

6. International Exceptions

6.1. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and other non-refundable charges. Aika Store is not responsible for these additional charges. The customer is responsible for covering these additional costs.

6.2. Processing times for international returns may vary depending on the customer's location and the postal service used.
